The Kingston Breakfast Menu

Breakfast is served all hours, all day. Omeletes and 2-egg breakfasts are served with choice of hash browns & toast, 2 pancakes, or biscuits & gravy (unless otherwise noted).

Plates & 2-Egg Breakfasts

Served with hash browns and toast. Add bacon or sausage links +$3.

3 eggs with your choice of 4 bacon, 4 sausage links, 1 sausage patty, or a thick slice of ham.

1 egg, 2 bacon or sausage links, hash browns, and 1 toast.

Breaded ground beef steak covered in our signature bacon gravy. Served with 2 eggs.

2 eggs any style with grilled corned beef hash.

Omelets**

3-egg omelets. Served with your choice of sides unless noted.

Filled with cheddar cheese. Add your choice of meat +$3 (max two meats).

Diced ham, green peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese.

Onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, black olives, fresh tomatoes. Served with hash browns and toast.

Skillet & Burrito

Crispy hash browns with signature bacon gravy, grilled ham, bacon, sausage, and 2 eggs any style. Choice of toast.

Scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, tomatoes, olives, cheddar in a flour tortilla. Served with hash browns.

From the Griddle

Oven-baked, served with lemon and powdered sugar.

Two or three scratch-made fluffy buttermilk pancakes.

3 pieces of Texas toast dipped in our special batter, grilled golden, dusted with powdered sugar.

Link sausages rolled up in hot cakes, dusted with powdered sugar.

Eggs Benedicts

English muffin, 2 poached eggs, Canadian bacon, Hollandaise. Served with hash browns.

Beer battered, served with BBQ, ranch, or blue cheese.

With red onion & house-made aioli. Served with fries.

Make any salad a wrap for $1. Add fries, tots, waffle fries, or soup for $3.
